ABSTRACT: Tuberculosis (TB) remains one of the most significant public health challenges in Indonesia. Effective pharmacological therapy requires strict adherence, which is supported by high-quality drug information services. Pharmacists play a vital role in ensuring that TB patients receive accurate, clear, and comprehensive drug-related information to prevent treatment failure and drug resistance. This review article aims to evaluate drug information services for tuberculosis patients at community health centers (Puskesmas) using an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The study employed a literature review method, with articles obtained through a Google Scholar search using the keywords “Evaluation of Drug Information Services for Tuberculosis Patients,” then selected based on inclusion criteria from 2020 to 2024. The review of three articles showed that all Puskesmas (100%) have provided dedicated rooms for TB drug information services (PIO TB), while information on drug side effects was provided in 67.0%, drug interactions in 57.8%, and drug storage information in 66.8%. These results indicate that although physical facilities are adequately provided, the quality and completeness of the information delivered remain uneven. There is a need to improve the capacity of healthcare workers through training, standardize the information provided in PIO services, and conduct regular monitoring. Furthermore, patient education should be strengthened to ensure that TB drug-related information is well understood and to enhance treatment adherence.
