Abstract


The development of local culinary businesses in Indonesia has an important role in increasing people's income, especially small culinary business actors and improving their standard of living. The existence of local culinary businesses is also important in preserving local culinary traditions that become the nation's identity and enrich Indonesia's cultural diversity. This paper aims to conduct a digital analysis of the development of local culinary businesses in Indonesia, especially Angkringan and Warmindo. The analysis was conducted using the social media monitor platform Brand24. The Brand24 platform is a social media monitoring platform that helps businesses track and analyze online conversations about their brands, products, and competitors. This paper outlines interesting results on the development of local culinary businesses, especially Angkringan and Warmindo in Indonesia. The results of this interesting analysis are obtained from the aspects of the volume of mentions, sentiment analysis, social media reach, non-social media reach, the context of a discussion, public profiles, influential sites, and trending hashtags.
