Abstract


The use of digital technology has spread to various business sectors because it is able to make a significant contribution in improving business performance. This paper aims to discuss the use of digital technology and how it relates to business performance, especially culinary businesses. The research method used is a quantitative research method where research data obtained through structured interviews with selected respondents is then analyzed with descriptive statistics and correlation analysis. This study took special respondents who had culinary businesses in the Sleman Regency area. This paper presents the main research results in the form of the value of the utilization rate of digital technology among culinary entrepreneurs and the results of the correlation between the utilization rate of digital technology and culinary business performance. The level of utilization of digital technology for culinary businesses is in the range of value 4 which means that culinary entrepreneurs agree on the importance of utilizing digital technology for the development of their culinary business. The results also showed an interesting correlation between the use of digital technology and culinary business performance.
