Abstract


Abstract As a respond to post pandemic issue, this study tries to integrate local wisdom content and feminine perspective to develop an EFL storybook. The purpose of this study was to create EFL narrative-based learning materials for senior high school students' through water folklore content. This research utilizes the ADDIE model in the development of the materials. The findings of this study suggested that local wisdom must be integrated into the teaching of English for EFL learners especially in the senior high school level. In addition, this article covers the values underlying the sacred springs' cultural preservation, such as feminine power and water conservation
