Notably, ASPD results influence the admission criteria for the 2023/2024 academic year in Yogyakarta. Recognizing ASPD's significance, the writer has developed 9MBLNG, an Android application tailored to aid students in preparing for the English reading literacy portion of ASPD. This paper introduces 9MBLNG as an alternative tool to enhance students' English literacy skills within the ASPD framework. The application is user-friendly, aligns with ASPD's scope, and can be used independently. 9MBLNG is expected to be a valuable resource for students and teachers dealing with the challenges of the ASPD English reading literacy test, ultimately facilitating better performance in this crucial assessment.
