Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of the headmaster’s transformational leadership, work environment, and school culture on the performance of teachers in senior high school of Wates in revolution industry 4.0. This study was an ex-post facto study conducted in the Wates in July 2018. The population in this study was high school teachers. The number of samples in this study was 68 teachers. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The dependent variable in this study is teachers’ performance, while independent variables are the transformational leadership of the principal, work environment, and school culture. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression. Results of this study show that headmaster’s transformational leadership, work environment, and school culture together influence the performance of the teachers. The headmaster’s transformational leadership and school culture have a positive effect on teacher performance, whereas work environment has a negative effect on teacher performance.
