This article is about the use of Edraw Mind Map 7.9 to describe the history of the Budi Utomo movement. It aims to describe the use of historical learning media in the form of concept maps or track records of the history of the Budi Utomo movement. The use of historical learning media in response to the changes in Revolution 4.0 became influential because historical teachers do not have to worry about delivering history learning. To attract the attention of the students, history teachers need to make or use the Edraw Mind Map 7.9 application to discover other historical events, so the students’ enthusiasm in learning history can increase. This article uses descriptive qualitative method to describe the use of Edraw Mind Map 7.9 application which describes the history of Budi Utomo movement. The results of this study will be able to enlighten the students about the importance of Budi Utomo’s struggle in moving the youth towards the national independence of Indonesian people. The writer hopes that many historical teachers use the learning media as an innovative way of learning history.
