ANALYSIS OF LEARNING CONDITIONS OF E-LEARNING-BASED CITIZENS EDUCATION COURSES

Abstract


The purpose of this research is to see the condition of the implementation of e-learning-based Citizenship Education general courses at Tidar University. The type of research used is evaluation. Evaluation research is a systematic analysis using a discrepancy model with five steps. A qualitative research approach was used to analyze the data. Data collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The research subject is a lecturer in Citizenship Education at Tidar University, and the object of research is e-learning. The research was conducted at Tidar University from September 2021-January 2022. E-learning has been prepared for every lecturer who teaches citizenship education courses. Based on the results of the study, the percentage of Lecturers in Citizenship Education courses with a percentage of 85% have used instructional instructions for elites. There are 15% of lecturers who do not add orders to elites. Using the existing features in Elite, lecturers in Pancasila education courses prefer to use assignments with a percentage of 27%, quizzes with a percentage of 15%, Forums with a percentage of 15%, files with a percentage of 21%, chat with a percentage of 8%, and the rest label, book, url, and page. This shows that the lecturers of the Citizenship Education course have not maximally used the e-learning feature and there is no multimedia-based varied e-learning.
