Teknik analisis data bantuan SPSS 26,00 for windows.

Abstract

Work engagement is one of the drivers of employee effectiveness which in turn can increase organizational effectiveness and can achieve the success of an organization in achieving its goals. This research is aimed at PT. GS in Slawi, Tegal Regency which aims to determine the relationship between LMX and employee resilience to work engagement among employees. The data source used in this study is a population of 131 employees who have worked for at least 1 year, as well as measurements using a Likert scale, using product moment correlation test data analysis techniques. The requirements for parametric statistical analysis, namely the assumption test, include the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of normality and the linearity test at a significance level of 5% (> 0.05), and test the hypothesis of multiple regression analysis techniques dan spearman’s rho. Data analysis techniques with SPSS 26.00 for windows. From the analysis of the hypothesis test data, it shows that LMX and employee resilience simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work engagement rxy=0.728 with a significance level of correlation of 0.000 (α<0.05) and a coefficient of determination of 0.530, which means that LMX and employee resilience provide influence of 53% on work engagement. 47% of work engagement is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.
