Presentation Format

• All presenters must use the official ICSNPH 2025 presentation template provided by the organizing committee: Download Presentation Template
• Maximum 10 slides including title and closing slides

Font Requirements

• Standard fonts: Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman
• Size: minimum 24pt for body text, 28pt for subtitles, 32pt for titles

Visual Elements

• All visual elements must be in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
• Graphs and charts should be clearly labeled with appropriate titles, legends, and axis labels

Video Recording

• Duration: maximum 5 minutes
  Videos exceeding the time limit will be automatically stopped at the 5-minute mark
• Technical specs: landscape orientation, minimum 720p HD (1280 x 720 pixels)
• Clear audio quality and professional background setting
• Save your video presentation with the following filename format:
  ICSNPH 2025_Oral Presentation_Presenting Author Name
• Upload to web hosting platform (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)
• Set sharing permissions to "Anyone with the link can view"
• Submit shareable link via Presentation Material Submission Form no later than June 10, 2025.

Oral Presentation Session at The Conference Day

• Pre-recorded videos will be played according to the oral presentation session schedule
• Presenting authors must:
  • Be present in their assigned session room during their video presentation
  • Participate in 5-minute Q&A or discussion with session chair and audience afterward
    

General Information

• The e-poster must be prepared as a single slide using the provided template: Download E-Poster Template
• All e-posters will be displayed on 55-inch monitors with dimensions of 69.85 cm width × 124.2 cm height

Technical Requirements

• File format: .pdf
• Maximum file size: 100 MB
• Orientation: Portrait
• Use standard fonts, ensure text is legible from 1-2 meters viewing distance
• Use high-resolution images and graphics

Content Organization

• The e-poster must be written in English and include the following sections:

  • Title

  • Authors and Affiliations

  • Introduction/Background

  • Methods

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References (if applicable)

Submission Process

• Save your e-poster with the following filename format:
  ICSNPH 2025_Poster Presentation_Presenting Author Name
• Submit it through Presentation Material Submission Form no later than June 10, 2025.
