Steps to Submit a Fullpaper for ICEBMR 2024 (the same way as abstract submission)

Login on your ICEBMR OCS account. (Use your username and password)

Click on the “New Submission” link on the user homepage or click on the sidebar menu "Abstract/Paper Submission" from the right of the page.

Follow Step 1 to Step 5 of the submission process: 1. START, 2. UPLOAD SUBMISSION, 3. ENTER METADATA, 4. UPLOAD SUPPLEMENTARY FILES and 5. CONFIRMATION

In Step 1 (START), do the following:

1. Select the conference track (Fulppaper).
2. Check Sesison Type --> ICEBMR 2024 Fullpaper
3. Check all of the Submission Checklist.
4. Agree to the terms of Copyright Notice.
5. (Optional) Give comments for conference director.
6. Click “Save and continue”.

In Step 2 (UPLOAD SUBMISSION), do the following:

1. Upload Submission File --> click Choose File
2. Select/find the file to be uploaded (Use ICEBMR fullpaper template: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1B48fe-aL4YeLCDGjZVLjJjUUsLmxT2KS/view - English)
3. Upload your abstract file (.doc, docx, or .rtf --- but NOT .pdf).
4. Make sure the fullpaper file has been uploaded properly by pressing "Upload"

In Step 3 (ENTER METADATA), do the following to complete the metadata, for example:

1. Author’s profile. (can add more than 1 author; Order: first author, second author …)
2. Title, abstract and keywords (can copy and paste).
3. Click “Save and continue”.

In Step 4 (UPLOAD SUPPLEMENTARY FILES), do the following:

1. Upload the supplementary files (if any).

In Step 5 (CONFIRMATION): For confirmation, click the “Finish” button.
