The research method used is the development of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Multimedia trials were conducted on a group of participants, namely vocational high school students. The research results show that the multimedia design is effective in presenting the concept of function using the Scratch application with multimedia validity results being "very suitable" for use. The effectiveness of problem-solving abilities is described through participant responses to the multimedia developed which gave positive results, with an average score of 81.25%, for each questionnaire indicator provided in the "very good" category. The research results show that multimedia descriptively improves mathematical problem-solving abilities
