Abstract


This study aims to develop a learning trajectory for tube material to make it easier for students to understand the concept of tube material in the context of the Popokan tradition assisted by GeoGebra media. The method used in this research is design research to develop the theory and instruments used in learning. The subjects involved in this study were class VII students of SMPN 38 Semarang. Data was collected from Mei to June 2024 through several activities such as observation, video recording, collecting student work, pre-test and post-tests, and interviews. The learning trajectory resulting in this study consists of four activities, namely: discovering the meaning and properties of tubes, finding the formula for the surface area of a tube, finding the tube volume formula, and solving contextual problems. The study results show that the series of activities prepared can make it easier for students, which can be used in teaching and learning.
