Abstract
Some students consider English is difficult to gain. It is easier when using an appropriate medium of instruction. The urgency of this study is to find out the extent of the student's development of writing sentences by exploring the Chat-bot as its medium of learning. This qualitative research aims to describe the concept of designing a Chabot’s use of the ability to write for university students in an English sentence question. The respondents are pre-service teachers in a private college environment in Jakarta. Data retrieval methods use observation, questionnaires, and interview techniques.
