Novels are one of the most famous literary works in society nowadays. Novels not only discuss a story’s plot but also explain the details of the characters in the story. Therefore, this study aims to find out the psychological impacts of childhood trauma experienced by Lily Bloom in It Ends With Us novel. This study focuses on the attitude and behaviour of Lily Bloom that indicate her trauma. Two research questions are formulated in this study: (1) What are Lily's attitudes that show her trauma? (2) What kinds of psychological trauma and its impacts on Lily's psyche? This study uses a psychoanalytic approach and library research as an analysis method. The results of this study indicated that the main character experiences a complex childhood trauma seen from the attitudes she shows. Hence, several impacts affect her behavior and attitudes until she becomes an adult as follows: attachment and relationship, emotional response, self-concept and future orientation, addiction and mental health disorders, and attraction to an unhealthy relationship.
