Abstract
The research aims to determine the influence of performance expectancy and effort expectancy on ChatGPT use behavior among Sanata Dharma University students. Behavioral intention is an intervening variable in this relationship. Age, gender, and experience as moderator variables in the influence of performance expectancy and effort expectancy on ChatGPT use behavior through behavioral intention. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to Sanata Dharma University students. The data collection technique was carried out using snowballing sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative approach, while data processing was carried out using SmartPLS software. The results of this research are expected to show the magnitude of the influence of performance expectancy and effort expectancy on students' use of ChatGPT behavior through behavioral intention with age, gender and experience as moderating variables.
